By accessing our website or placing an order or booking with Young Forever Hair Replacement, you accept these Terms & Conditions in full. Young Forever Hair Replacement reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Please check this page periodically for updates.

1. About Us

Young Forever Hair Replacement is a professional hair replacement and hair care brand operating across India. We offer products for sale online and home trial consultations where our trained technicians visit your address to demonstrate and fit hair replacement solutions.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order or make a booking.
  • You must provide accurate, complete, and current information — name, phone number, email address, and delivery/home address.
  • Services and products are available only within our operational areas in India.

3. Booking — Home Trial

  • Your slot is temporarily locked for 15 minutes while you complete checkout.
  • A booking is confirmed only after successful payment of the non-refundable deposit.
  • Incomplete payments do not hold a slot beyond the 15-minute window.
  • You will receive a booking confirmation with a unique booking number via SMS and email.

4. Booking Deposit — Non-Refundable

The booking deposit is strictly non-refundable. It confirms your home trial slot and covers scheduling, technician assignment, and time reservation.

5. Cancellation Policy

The booking deposit is non-refundable for all cancellations regardless of timing or reason. Cancellations must be made via the app or website with your booking number. Verbal cancellations are not accepted. In the event of force majeure (natural disaster, government order, severe weather), bookings will be rescheduled or refunded at our discretion.

6. Rescheduling

  • Reschedule up to 4 hours before your slot, subject to availability.
  • No extra charge. Deposit carries over to the new slot.
  • Maximum 2 reschedules per booking. Further changes require a new booking with a new deposit.
  • Rescheduling is not permitted once the technician is en-route or has arrived.

7. Home Visit — Your Responsibilities

  • Be present at the provided address at the booked time or within 10 minutes.
  • Ensure a clean, well-lit area is available for the consultation.
  • An adult aged 18+ must be present throughout the visit.
  • Treat our technician with respect at all times.

Zero Tolerance: Any abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of the visit, forfeiture of the deposit, and a permanent service ban.

Our technician carries a company ID. You have the right to verify their identity before granting entry.

Before & After Photos: Our technician will photograph the treatment area before and after the session as a standard quality and audit procedure. By completing a booking, you consent to this. Photos are stored privately and never published.

8. Products & Services

  • All prices include applicable GST unless otherwise stated.
  • Purchasing a product during the home trial is entirely your choice — no obligation whatsoever.
  • Once a hair replacement product is fitted or used, returns are not accepted unless defective.
  • Results vary by individual hair type, scalp condition, lifestyle, and maintenance. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.
  • Product images on our website are illustrative. Actual products may vary slightly.

9. Pricing Policy

Young Forever Hair Replacement sells products online and via home trials. Our pricing aims to provide quality products at fair prices. While every effort is made to display products accurately, slight variations in colour or pattern may occur due to screen settings and product batches.

10. Your Account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Notify us immediately at support@youngforeverhair.in if you suspect unauthorised access.
  • You may not share your account with others or use another person's account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
  • You may delete your account at any time from the Profile section.

11. Prohibited Use

You must not:

  • Make fraudulent, duplicate, or speculative bookings to block available slots.
  • Provide false information or impersonate another person.
  • Use our website or services for any unlawful purpose under Indian law.
  • Attempt unauthorised access to admin or other user accounts.
  • Post or submit content that violates third-party intellectual property, trademark, or privacy rights.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Young Forever Hair Replacement harmless from any claims, losses, expenses, damages, and costs resulting from any violation of these Terms or any activity related to your account.

13. Third Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control these services and are not liable or responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms.

14. Limitation of Liability

Young Forever Hair Replacement is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of our services, specific results of hair replacement treatments, third-party payment processing failures, or temporary unavailability of our website or app. Our total liability for any specific booking claim shall not exceed the deposit amount paid for that booking.

15. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act 2019, the Information Technology Act 2000, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023. Disputes shall first be raised with our support team. Unresolved disputes after 30 days are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via your registered email and in-app notice at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of our services after updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance.
