
Shipping Policy
Effective: 01 April 2026
1. Dispatch
- All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of order confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day.
- You will receive a tracking number via SMS and email once your order is dispatched.
2. Domestic Delivery (Within India)
- Standard delivery across India: 5–7 business days from dispatch date.
- Curly texture or custom colour-match products may require 10–12 additional days for dispatch.
- Free delivery on all domestic orders above ₹499.
Delays may occur if:
- The address, pincode, or phone number provided is incorrect
- The pincode is unserviceable by our courier partner
- A colour match requires additional time to communicate and prepare
We ship via reputed courier partners including Delhivery, Xpressbee, and Blue Dart Express.
3. International Delivery (Outside India)
- Delivery timeline: 10–15 working days from dispatch date via DHL or FedEx.
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your country, package size, and order value.
- Customs duties and import taxes depend on your country's regulations. If not charged at checkout, these will be collected by the shipping partner at delivery.
- No returns or exchanges on international orders.
4. Delay Disclaimer
During festivals, sitewide sales, adverse weather, natural calamities, political crises, or curfews, delivery may take up to 20 days. We will do our best to dispatch as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience. These delays are not valid grounds for cancellation or refund.
5. Damage & Shortage Claims
- All claims for shortages or damages must be reported on the day of delivery.
- An unboxing video is mandatory to claim any shortage or damage in transit. Record it before opening the courier seal.
- Report claims by email to support@youngforeverhair.in with your unboxing video attached.
Young Forever Hair Replacement shall not be responsible for delivery received by an alternative person at your address.
6. Order Cancellation & Modification
- You may request a cancellation or modification only before the order has been shipped.
- Once dispatched, no changes to the order, address, product variant, or colour are possible.
- To cancel or modify, email support@youngforeverhair.in within 12 hours of placing the order.
7. Pre-Order Products
Pre-order products may take up to 4 weeks to be dispatched from the date of order confirmation.
