
Return & Exchange Policy
Effective: 01 April 2026
1. Key Rule — Store Credit Only
We do not offer bank refunds. All approved returns are issued as store credit (coupon code) which can be used for future purchases. The store credit is issued after deducting ₹200 for logistics, prepping, and packaging.
2. Return & Exchange Window
- Returns must be initiated within 6 days of receiving the product.
- Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.
- After these windows, no return or exchange requests will be processed.
3. General Conditions for Return / Exchange
A return or exchange is accepted only if:
- The product is in the exact same condition as shipped — unused, unaltered, unwashed, uncombed, uncut, and with MRP tag intact
- The return is initiated within the eligible window
- The product is not a customised or made-to-order item
- An unboxing video is provided (recorded in one go, without cuts, before opening the courier seal)
- A valid reason is provided
4. Products Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
- Sale orders or products purchased at a discounted price
- Orders placed using a coupon code or store credit
- Customised or made-to-order products (in special cases, exchange only may be offered)
- Hair accessories (combs, clips, bands, scrunchies) and hair tools
- Products that have been coloured, chemically treated, or damaged due to styling after purchase
- Products purchased from home trials, pop-ups, exhibitions, or in-studio visits (exchange only, no return)
- Products purchased on other platforms (Amazon, Myntra, Blinkit, Nykaa, etc.) — contact those platforms directly
- Hair patch products are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing or quality defect
- Donut scrunchies once used
- Products bought after store credit was issued
5. Return Process — Domestic Orders (India)
- Initiate Return: Log in to your account on youngforever.com or email support@youngforeverhair.in with your Order ID, unboxing video, and reason for return.
- Approval: Our team will review your request within 24 hours. If eligible, we will approve and arrange a free reverse pickup.
- Quality Check: Once the product reaches us, it undergoes a quality check (QC) to confirm it is in original condition.
- Store Credit: If QC passes, store credit is issued within 7–10 working days of receiving the product, after deducting ₹200.
6. Exchange Process
- We arrange a free reverse pickup for approved exchanges.
- Once the returned product passes QC, the replacement product is dispatched.
- Exchange is allowed one time per product only.
- Products bought after an exchange are not eligible for further return or exchange.
7. Return Process — International Orders
- Email support@youngforeverhair.in with your order details and reason for return.
- If approved, you must ship the product back to our Indian address at your own expense.
- Once we receive and confirm its condition, store credit will be issued for the product price only — shipping and customs duty charges will be deducted.
8. Important Instructions
- Record and keep an unboxing video before opening your package — required for all damage, defect, or missing item claims.
- Record a video or take photos while handing over the product to the courier for reverse pickup.
- Clearly write your Order Number and contact number on the return package.
- If a free gift was included with your order, it must also be returned. Otherwise, its value will be deducted from your store credit.
9. Sale Orders — Final Sale
Orders placed during Birthday Sale or any special sale events are final. They are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation. Delivery during peak sale periods may take up to 20 days. No changes can be made to address, variant, or colour after the order is confirmed.
10. In-Store, Pop-Up & Home Trial Purchases
All purchases made at pop-up events, exhibitions, studio visits, or home trials are considered final sale and are not eligible for return. Exchange only may be offered if a product defect is noticed and reported within 24 hours of purchase.

12. Beware of Scams
Young Forever Hair Replacement products are sold exclusively on youngforever.com and on authorised platforms (Amazon India, Blinkit, Myntra) under the brand name Young Forever Hair. We also operate official stores in Lajpat Nagar Delhi, Noida Sector 27, Noida Extension, and Gurgaon, and retail through Broadway stores in Delhi NCR. Do not purchase from any other website or unauthorised seller. We cannot provide support or guarantee authenticity for purchases made outside our official channels.
